It is very common to find most coaches offering 60 minute sessions. However, my coaching sessions are usually between 60-90 minutes. I have found that if we, the coachee and I, are about to get to something of importance then I will not wish to end the session abruptly because the 60 minutes are up, but rather see the conversation through before we may then wrap up the session. You pay per session and not by the hour.

I work with individuals seeking positive transformations in their personal or professional lives, as well as with teams and groups aiming to foster collaboration and a positive mindset. My expertise extends to assisting clients with challenges such as anxiety, time management, career progression, job promotion, work/life balance, team and stakeholder management, leadership development, and the journey towards becoming their most confident and authentic selves.
Generally, I'm open to coaching individuals and groups on a wide range of topics. However, I don't provide services for couple therapy, intimacy coaching or retirement coaching.
