Henrik Aagaard Bustrup

After more than 25 years as an international senior marketing executive, leading multicultural teams and working across global organisations, I decided in 2022 to pursue a long-held aspiration: becoming a professional coach. My motivation has always been to work closely with individuals, groups, and organisations to explore opportunities for growth, to strengthen teams, and to embrace change.

At the heart of my coaching practice is a belief that change happens when people are truly heard, valued, and supported. I create a safe and inclusive environment where clients can reflect deeply, challenge assumptions, and discover their own path forward.

Coaching is not about quick fixes. It is about building clarity, confidence, and resilience in ways that create lasting impact. I see personal and professional growth as deeply connected to physical and mental well-being, which is why I value fitness, mindfulness, and balance in my own life.

Alongside my work with individuals and teams, I also focus on Coaching for the AI Era. Helping people adapt and grow as artificial intelligence reshapes work and leadership.

• Accredited facilitator and coach with Simitri International.

• Qualified trainer in Power Messaging sales training and assessor in Business Excellence Management.

• MSc in Economics & Management with a focus on International Management.

• Fluent in Danish and English, offering coaching and facilitation in both languages.

Beyond Work

Originally from Denmark, I have lived in the UK for many years and now call Sevenoaks, Kent my home, where I live with my wife and three children. Away from coaching, I enjoy cycling, running, hiking, pilates, and tennis. These activities keep me balanced, energised, and connected. Values I also bring into my coaching practice.
