Henrik Aagaard Bustrup
Drawing on extensive international experience as senior marketing executive, leading multi-cultural teams and collaborating across diverse global organisation, I decided in 2022 to pursue a life aspiration as a professional coach. The motivation was and is by working closely with individuals, groups and organisations to explore opportunities to become a better “self”, improve as a team and embrace change.
Throughout my extensive career, I have honed my skills in various marketing functions, transitioning from a generalist to specialising in areas such as events, advertising, digital marketing and operations. Additionally, I've leveraged my expertise in optimising business processes and delivering impactful sales training.

Both as part of my professional career and not least practicing coaching I have had the opportunity to work closely with many interesting people from very diverse backgrounds, different job roles, career paths and of course very individual challenges.
Through my work with clients including executives and business leaders, in situations of challenge, change and transition, I have helped them gain the clarity, direction and focus they need to achieve their aspirations and make a sustainable positive impact.

I live in Sevenoaks, Kent, along with my loving wife and three wonderful children. All three of them are currently enjoying secondary school – well at least most days.

More than 25 years in senior marketing executive roles in field, product and corporate marketing. This has largely been within the dynamic and ever-evolving technology sector. I've had the privilege of managing global, dispersed teams, which has allowed me to work with people from a wide array of locations, nationalities, cultures, functions, and industries.
