“If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you.”
- Fred DeVito (Sudbrink, 2015)
Coaching is not about quick fixes. It is about creating a safe and supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and explore what truly matters to you. My approach is grounded in curiosity, openness, and respect, always centred on you and your journey.
My approach
In a calm and supportive environment, I work alongside you to embrace change with confidence. My style is exploratory and practical. I bring tools and exercises tailored to your unique needs, but the focus is always on helping you find your own answers.

A coaching journey may involve a single focused session to address a specific challenge, or more often a series of one-to-one sessions over time. Each session typically lasts sixty to ninety minutes, and we decide together on the right rhythm - weekly, monthly, or something in between. We can meet online, in person, at your workplace, or in another setting that suits you. Most journeys include around six sessions, in addition to the initial discovery conversation, but the exact number is guided by your needs.

My approach also extends to the new challenges of our time, including how we lead, work, and grow in the age of Artificial Intelligence. You can explore more about this in my dedicated Coaching for the AI Era service.

First step
Every journey begins with a conversation. The first step is to book a free, no-obligation 30-minute Introduction to Coaching call. During this session we will explore what has brought you here, answer your questions, and talk about what coaching involves. It is a chance for you to get a sense of my style and decide whether coaching feels right for you.

If, after this "Introduction to Coaching" call, you would like to go ahead we would set up a Discovery session.
Discovery session
Beginning a coaching journey is often the hardest part. That is why the first step with me is always a free, no-obligation 30-minute Introduction to Coaching session. It is a chance for us to meet, for you to ask questions, and for both of us to see whether the chemistry is right.

If you decide to move forward, your first full session is the Discovery session. This is where we explore your goals in more depth, talk about what success might look like for you, and establish the ground rules that will shape our work together, including confidentiality, respect for each other’s time, and openness to the process. Many clients describe the Discovery session as a turning point: the first time they have slowed down, reflected, and seen their situation from a new perspective.

Individual coaching: Building Self-Awareness
Self-awareness is at the heart of every meaningful change. By understanding how you think, feel, and act, you begin to recognise the patterns that help you move forward and the ones that may hold you back. Individual coaching provides a confidential space where you can pause, reflect, and see yourself more clearly.

In our work together we will look at your strengths and values, as well as the challenges or blind spots that may be shaping your decisions. You will discover new perspectives, test different approaches, and develop strategies that feel authentic to you. The aim is not to provide you with ready-made answers, but to help you uncover the answers that are already within you. This kind of self-awareness builds confidence, resilience, and clarity, making it easier to take purposeful action in both work and life.
Group/Team coaching: Elevating Dynamics
Teams thrive when there is openness, trust, and a sense of shared direction. Yet many teams struggle with communication, conflicting priorities, or the pressure of constant change. Group and team coaching creates a dedicated space for teams to pause together, reflect on how they work, and explore what needs to shift in order to perform at their best.

These sessions shine a light on behaviours and dynamics that might otherwise remain unspoken. They encourage dialogue, build empathy, and strengthen collaboration. Teams learn how to listen more deeply, communicate more effectively, and create shared agreements that make collective progress possible.

Every team is unique, so each programme is tailored to your context and goals. Some teams need to improve trust, others want to become more innovative, and some are looking for ways to stay resilient in times of change. Whatever the need, team coaching helps groups to elevate their performance while keeping human connection at the centre.
